This website
The service form does not send your details to a server we operate. Choosing “Continue on WhatsApp” opens WhatsApp with the text you typed. Your theme choice (light, dark, or system) is stored only in your browser. We do not run accounts on this site and we do not sell visitor data.
When you book or visit
If you call, message, or bring a vehicle in, we keep what we need to do the job: your name, phone number, vehicle details, the fault, the work done, and payment records. We use that information to quote, repair, contact you about the vehicle, and keep ordinary business records.
Sharing
We share details only where the job requires it — for example a parts supplier, or WhatsApp and your phone network when you message us — or where the law requires it. We do not sell customer lists.
How long we keep records
Job and payment records are kept for as long as we need them for warranty questions, tax, and disputes, then deleted or anonymised. You can ask what we hold about you and ask us to correct it by contacting the workshop on the number above.
