WhatsApp or a call is enough. Say the make, the symptom, and when you can bring the car. We confirm before you drive over, so you are not waiting on a full ramp.
Most of the fleet in Kampala: Toyota, Nissan, Subaru, Mitsubishi, Mercedes-Benz, Honda, Volkswagen, Isuzu, Ford, Land Rover, and others. If the car has a diagnostic port, we can read it.
We listen, scan, and confirm the reading against the symptom. A diagnostic may be charged even if you decline the repair. You get the finding before any parts are ordered.
Yes. We will say if the part looks unfit before it goes on. Labour is still payable, and a part you supply is your risk as to warranty.
We stop and call. Extra work is not started without your approval. Parts and labour stay separate on the quote.
